This is the welcome and sign in page for the OPPassessment™ practitioner site. To use this site you must be a registered OPPassessment practitioner.

The OPPassessment practitioner site allows you to administer our range of questionnaires electronically, to order and distribute reports, and to manage the whole process online.

If you are a registered practitioner and you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgotten your password?" link and enter your email address. You will be sent further instructions on resetting your password.
